John Ratcliffe is Head of Faculty at Built Environment, Dublin Institute of Technology and is a Chartered Surveyor with some 30 years in practice at a senior level. Dr Michael Stubbs is a Reader and Chartered Town Planner with 15 experience as an academic, local government officer and consultant.
